  • At Arnold & Co, we are committed to providing quality products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at info@arnoldco.ca within 30 days of purchasing the product. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, and initial shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging with all original labels and accessories intact. Products must not have been used, washed, or damaged. Customized products or final sale items cannot be returned. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, and initial shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Contact our customer service by email at info@arnoldco.ca to obtain a return authorization number. Carefully package the product in its original packaging, including a copy of the original invoice and the return authorization number. Ship the product to the address provided by our customer service. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, and initial shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned product. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, and initial shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Final sale items cannot be returned. Customized products cannot be returned. Damaged or defective products must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product to be eligible for a replacement or refund.
